Services

We service the NY Metropolitan area (Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan and the Bronx) as well as Long Island.

What Makes Us Different

In comparison to our competitors, Tranquility Care is owned and run by experienced nurses and other health care professionals who are in the business of caring with compassion. They are skilled in assessing and evaluating all circumstances including medical /psychological conditions and providing intervention as appropriate.

In any case, what’s important is the approaches we take and our dedication to help that separates us from the rest, allowing us to enhance the well-being and personal satisfaction of everyone we serve while considering their exceedingly particular and unique needs.

Our vast range of experience, both personal and professional, has helped us to develop extensive training programs built on both research and knowledge. We only provide the highest quality of care, exactly the kind you would want or need for your own parents, grandparents, spouse, friends or any loved one.

Specialized homecare at your very own home

Many expect that when the requirements of a grown-up reach a specific point, their choices for care are constrained to a Nursing home. Their expectation may be, in the long run, in spite of what they lean towards, their elderly parents may need to move to a Nursing home or a similar long term care facility.  Tranquility Care can provide you with support you need to safely keep your elders in the sanctity of their own home.

Your parents, grandparents, relatives, spouse, or anyone closed to you, despite having worked their whole lives, ultimately start suffering from health complications courtesy of the natural process of aging. Now you love the individual requiring treatment and try to be there for him or her as much as you can, but of course, you have your own family to look after and work as well. Let us ease your situation and help you get homecare for your loved ones. We understand perfectly well how hesitant you might be to trust outside help and deciding to accept it might be troubling and confusing at first. Our caregivers strive on building trust, and are not just committed to providing you the care you deserve; they possess compassion and humility as well.

CDPAP

Our specialty is CDPAP (Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program) under Medicaid where consumers can choose their own aides and even relatives.

Hiring outside help can be risky of course. Your parent or grandparent might not adapt to the stranger and never be comfortable with him or her. It can stretch to such an extent that the person requiring treatment would hesitate to even voice their needs and requirements. And, cherry on top, outside help can never constitute the care only a relative, such as a son or daughter, can and is able to provide.

Under a CDPAP program, a relative can get paid to take care of their loved ones thereby focusing all their attention in providing the care their loved ones need without needing to compromise on any of their own responsibilities. Their services can incorporate any of the ones provided by a personal care aide, home attendant, a medical attendant or a nurse.

Supportive services

At Tranquility Home Care, we offer way beyond home care. We also provide the support you need to keep your loved ones at home. We do it all for you to help keep you at ease without having to go through the complicated and stressful process.  Our services are individually focused on customers to the different levels of care they need.  Our services also extend to taking care our clients’ relatives in managing the stressful circumstances of taking care of loved one suffering from a debilitating condition such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, stroke recuperation.
